Is all that fowl language necessary?? I think we should start acting as we should be, and I’m speaking for my self, I don’t like it when a person I don’t even know would come over and starts cursing like this. Learn from Jocelyn. She wrote a huge paragraph expresing her feelings and not once did she use a fowl word. I think that’s why you guys come to school for. To get an education and learn a better vocabulary so you don’t infringed anybody’s culture or belief. It is orendous what happened in the station, but it doesn’t give anybody the right to curse at anybody else. I guess this is the reason UMD. Believes students are not responsible enough to run this office.
We need to change our attitude and act a little more professional. When we are in the air we have more than “Hood” listening to us. We have our Parents, Family and friends listening to all of us. You guys should talk on the mike as if your own mother or father was listening.
I believe one of the bigest problem we have here is that not all the DJ’s have access swipe on the door, so most of the DJ’s leave the doors open for the next DJ to be able to come in. I think that’s wrong. Who ever is the manager now a days, should get DJ’s Swipes Access ASAP because this DJ keep calling the booth and ask to be let in; sometimes we don’t even know who are we letting in.
The lack of security should be addressed ASAP.
